Ok. Once, for AG, I enetred my original brickfilm early and it had "Surfing USA" in it. (I know it's copywrighted). Well YouTube said something about it being a void copywright or some legal bullcrap about the song and made me pick a new one! Has ths happened to you? What did it mean?
Can you not swear on the forums please?

Come on, dude.
And Eddie, YouTube is pretty strict about copyright stuff, so don't be surprised when they either disable the audio of a video using a song owned by a major record label, or remove the video entirely.
However, I was under the impression that YouTube had recently struck deals with said record labels, and that the most they would do now is place ads on videos that they recognize as having copyrighted audio. So that does seem rather odd, unless the video you're talking about was uploaded months ago.

Additionally, those ad revenues won't go to you because the video no longer qualifies for partnership ads.
I have over 250 subscribers. The most amount of views on ONE video is 2000. Is this enough? I got the same message. They thought I wasn't good enough yet (automatic message). Hmmm?
Heck I have 30,000 on one. Am I eligible? No.
I just noticed that they have SAW 3D commercials playing on the home screen. That oughta be good for family audiences. Heaven knows, I was scarred for a year after watching a trailer for one.

Oh. Sorry. Didn't think it would make that big a splash. Sorry.

I think Youtube just allowed nudity.
Lemme just say, I'm not impressed.

I reckon it's more likely that you just came across a video that hasn't been discovered by the youtube staff yet. And nudity is allowed when in context, e.g. an educational video, like a documentary about tribal women or a video about safe sex. But anyway i doubt youtube changed their policy.
But it's not really nude. It is blurred out.
I believe blurred-out nudity appears on daytime television all the time.
Although, I caught Robin looking at a video on the internet without censoring........
