Tell me how please.
That depends on what editing software you use. For Sony Vegas, you can watch this video:
Clicky clicky!
I use magix movie edit. I think I'll just go with Smeagol's idea. Thanks anyway!
W00T, 15 subscriber! Thanks to MPFist and Hazzat for being the last two!
I'm at 37- I'm aiming to go up to 50 once I'm finished with my mime animations, and a couple others.
I think I have 10! Wow! Thanks to MadLibs for being my tenth one!
We're comparing subs now?
459 subs I last checked.
Hey, Kinzcove, ya wanna sub me????
JK, you don't need to. Its bad to beg for subbers.
About 140.
You think I should try out for a partnership? [/sarcasm]
Munzapoppa wrote:Nice job on becoming a partner. I wish I had more subscribers so I could have a chance at becoming one. How much do you get paid from the ads?
I think it's a certain amount (probably in cents) per click. So if you have 10,000 views on a vid with ads in it, then 10,000 multiplied by the amount. Quite a nice sum.
By the way, if you want to put an ad on a video, make sure the video has no copyrighted material/music in case youtube remove it, because they will see it if you request an ad on it.Me and my friend Dave are currently in production of our first Season of our new Sitcom "The Life and Times of Steve and Dave" and we're hoping to get enough views/subs eventually to become a partner if people think it's funny and like it

Subscribe so we can start getting popular
Anyway, we've uploaded a few videos, just trailers really. Some have copy-righted music in them (the preview) so we'll remove it when the series is up.And Hazzat, I meant about 300 to 400. Daragh has 289 which is practically 300.
Does the actually Lego used in the films count as copyright material though?
Say I have over 1000 subbers (I hope within the next couple years). Is it good or bad to become a youtube partner and have ads on my channel/vids? Because, other than the gaining money part, I'm annoyed when someone has ads on their vids, and I don't click on them. So will I actually LOSE watchers/followers?
Not if your films are entertaining enough that they don't care.
So you all agree, YouTube ads are great money source, and don't bother anyone- as in I should apply when the time is ready?
I have 35 subscribers. By the way, how long does it take you guys to upload the average 1 minute long lego film to youtube?
About... 1 minute. Two tops.
