Director's Comments

This is probably my first real brickfilm, that I feel satisfied with, although I still see a lot of flaws, mostly in the post-production work and light flicker, but I think it is fairly enjoyable to look past the imperfections and just enjoy the movie!

Staff Review

Sméagol:
This is an entertaining short.  At times it is, perhaps, a little slower-paced than it needs to be, but it has some great moments and an effective overall old-school cartoon style to it.  The sets and lighting setups are quite creative, and for the most part other technical work in the film is good.  If you like LEGO's classic space line, this is definitely one film to check out.
