Jeff is employed by the mayor to prepare the unveiling of a statue. I don't expect to win I just wanted to enter something and my editing software crashed. I created this video with the YouTube Video Editor (http://www.youtube.com/editor) It wasn't accepted due to it being to short though I had 31 seconds of animation youtube cut it down
