Director's Comments

A remake of an old Folger's Coffee from the 1950s with added realism

My first proper brickfilm in about 3 years. I mainly made this so I could try out the Canon EOS 550D which I just got, I heard bad things about the standard 18-55mm lens creating flicker so I decided to try it out and see. I didn't seem to get any flicker though the lens is extremely limiting when it comes to close ups in stop motion.

Being really lazy I didn't write a script I simply took audio from an old Folgers coffee advert and an episode of Joe 90

Staff Review

Lewis Chen:
Obviously no story as the director indicates.  Since the audio comes from other works, the only thing to comment on is the animation and set.  Decent animation.  The set was quite neat.  If you want to get your daily buzz of light random humor, have a go at this one.
