Staff Review

Randy Yard:
Yes, it's yet another LEGO Star Wars film. It takes quite a film to dig itself out from a canyon that deep, but this one has just enough oomph to get back to the surface and make a pretty good impression once it gets there. It takes multiple views to really catch all this one has to offer, as many aspects of this film are deceptively good. Perhaps most notable is the film's continuity, as its entire minute-and-a-half running time is comprised of a single shot with no discernible cuts or unintentional lighting changes. If you have room in your heart for another entry in this over-saturated genre, you could do much worse than this film.
