In the third episode of the "Lego Superheroes?" series, we see what Captain America does when he throws his mighty shield.

If a frame were worth a penny, I'd probably have like, $30 or something.

Looks good. The fighting animation could be sped up by capturing less frames including the shot of the shield being thrown. Other than that, nice job.
