I do not have after effects, but I do have photoshop, is there anyway it would work with that program? I don't mind getting after effects, I just dont wanna spend 500+ if I dont need to.
After Effects can be purchased at an academic discount for only $350.

There is a program called GlueFace which is free.
I personally have never used it, but people seem to like it pretty well.
If the result you're looking for is something like the mouth animation in NickDurron's Picturesque, then you'll have to invest is After Effects,
which, if you have the money, I would highly recommend.
If not, a trial version can be downloaded here.

Hope my rant proves useful!

I know mouth animations take a long time to complete, and trying to make it look more pronounced then the famous FFF101 just opening and closing slows the proccess even more. But I am wondering if it is worth it, now I can't remember the guy or even the clip, but someone was able to animate mouth movements in a way where it looked like they were being a little pronounced, and yet it was distracting. Is there any tuts on this? or any one have any tips, ideas, or input? I am really wanting to learn this.
              Thank you.
