			<description><![CDATA[You have to animate for your frame rate, not adjust the frame rate for your animation. (Although that might be easier) For 15 fps anything that takes one second to do in real life should take 15 frames in your animation. Half a second is 7/8 frames and so on.

			<description><![CDATA[Wait, what? I think it would be the other way around. The higher frame rate, the more choppy it is, I think. I recommend instead of getting a higher frame rate, try taking more pictures. It will take more effort, but it's totally worth it. Hope this helps. :)]]></description>
