I just remembered, no auto light correction settings or anything like that. That could be bad. It would help to see if you have any of those, then turn them off. And no problem! Glad I could help. :)

Another thing, sun lamps are better than halogen lamps. They give a whiter light without having to do any digital correction of that icky yellow hue. Also, play around with your video settings (exposure, white balance, etc).
If you get a remote for your camera i found out it helps to just step out of the room
That could make the animation slow though. :/ If you don't have any light behind you, and a dark shirt, and few lights pointed toward you, I think it works just stay there. It does for me. :)

@Spacefilms: And the focus problem, Is the camera a webcam, or a normal digital camera? If a digital, then try to turn of autofocus, if it doesn't exist.... Then your sunk I think. :( I used a camera with autofocus for three years though, so it is usable. I actually just got a quickcam pro 9000 like a week ago. It works fantabulously. :D Ah yes, and paper on the lamps eliminated brightness. And I suggest no normal ceiling lights that you normally have on in your room, it casts a light from behind you, and you'll make a shadow. I would be glad to answer any more questions if you have any. ;) If of course I can answer them.... Haha. Good luck! :)

I just figured out some awesome tricks. Here are some suggestions:
1. Block out ALL natural light possible. If you can't block out much, your gonna have problems. I have a giant piece of insulation to cover my window. :P If you have a window, might have to be creative to cover it well.
2. Light Each scene individually. There is not any one uniform perfect way to light a scene. Well, people say use a lamp on each side of your set, but I think that's only the beginning. It works well! But if you want the kind of lighting people drool over, you want to set up more stuff. But yeah, two lamps with paper taped over each works really well. Don't let it burn down the house though.
3. Be creative. I use a book or folder to reflect light from my SUPER bright fish tank light. And a repositioned snake tank lamp with paper over it. I move them both around to accommodate for the different camera angles.
4. Check out this page here. http://www.bricksinmotion.com/forums/topic/8014/interdimensional-adventures-working-title/
Not to mention this tutorial on a simple uniform lighting situation. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5BaA-7a1R8

It's not too hard to come up with decent lighting with no flicker. Just two lamps and no sunlight. And maybe paper on the lamps. If you want something amazing. It's all creative in my opinion. ;) This is just my opinion here, all from personal experience. Hope it helps!

The problem you have is called Light Flicker.Well, what you do is always keep your brightness at the same level
all the time. Also wearing something a flat black [Black T-Shirt] helps reduce light flicker. If you do this, and
keep perfecting it it will go away eventually [Even I still get Light Flicker!] And Remember,
Practise, Practise, Practise! :)
