			<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the help guys. I made a short test to try filming with anti-flicker. There were still some little light flickers here and there so I did what VN said and put it in VirtualDub with the plugin. Is there a tutorial or something on how to use it? Because I'm sort of stumped.

Whoops typo there. Fixed. 
Anyway, I did wear dark clothes at the time, but I'm not sure about moving totally out of the way of the shot. I'll do that next time. :)
