welcome to BIM. first off to help with the light flicker I'd say block of any and natural light. If you have to animate at night. And about the camera moving you could make a stand out of Lego for it and then put it on your sets. Oh also make sure you don't bump it and, if you think you did take a couple more shots and see how much it effected your move. hope i helped.
Cheers will try that :)

K. So this film is going to be my debut to the world o' lego stop motion. :) My first video is oging to be lego warefare - in this video, I can test muzzle flares, gunshots, masking and flying, and the quality of my new camera (logitech 9000).

At the moment I have only done the introduction - but I uploaded it just to see if I can animate decent enough.
I'm going at 15 fps, and everything seems to be smooth, the quality is decent (but if you watch the video within 30mins - 1hr of me posting this, it hasn't processed just yet). Yet still, I have some light flicker and my camera moves a little bit ( :| ) How can I stop this? for the lighting I film at night, turn the lights off in my room to make some consistent and a half lighting. And also for my camera, how can I keep it in place? Properly? Any tips or two appreciated.

Anyway, enjoy the video, (well its about 5 secs but who cares) and tell me what you think. Good for a start?
