Note- When you use the Gaussian blur on a frame with big resolution- I'd turn it up to around 50 for the 5, 100 for the 20, and 150 for the 40. If you know what i mean- because this will create a bigger lightsaber glare, as seen in this photo (1280 x 720 res.)

			<description><![CDATA[Well, gimp and photoshop work, but you can do it in Final Cut Express, which is an excellent little video editing tool.  I haven't actually done it yet, and its harder than in programs like LSMaker or After Effects, but it works, and is a bit faster than in a photo editing software.  It is a bit tricky to get used to at first though, and you would need gimp to make the basic blade first, on a black background.]]></description>
