			<description><![CDATA[Neither, because stop-motion animation has nothing to do with the editing software.  Any multi-track video editor can string a sequence of images together and add sound to it.  Final Cut Pro and Premiere are like driving a Ferrari down the block to pick up milk.  You don't need all that muscle for stop-motion animation.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Premiere is cross platform, however Final Cut will only work on a Mac.

Final cut is a better standalone program for editing. Premiere is still a good program however and if you can get it cheaper it's not a bad option. If you can get Premiere with After Effects on the side, that's a true winning combination.]]></description>
