Why, what are you using? There are plenty of free frame capturing programs.
May I also recommend simply putting a title that tells what the test is, as opposed to a title that takes up 65% of the test.
I use windows movie maker. now don't laugh or make fun of me. Like
I said it's all I have. because I use a camcorder instead of a webcam. In the future I plan on getting a good camera!

I don't know what happened to make it look like onion skinning.
I used masking. It took me about thirty to forty minutes total to complete.
The frame rate is 8 fps.
The masking was extremely well done. It looked good for 8fps. The minimum standard in the Community is 12fps. That's not to say you can't do less but its generally accepted as the minimum. Try to work towards that :P

I use 15fps, which is what a lot of the people use too. Its a step up and is the standard.
I don't have the right software yet so for now I use what I have! It's not the best but it's all I have got.
The animation was nice. The masking (was that masking?) seemed well done too. The lighting was a bit harsh and flickery, and the camera was shaky too. Solve those two problems and you're in the clear.

Also, a few frames appeared to have an Onion-skin type effect. Is that a result of compression?

Anyway well done 4/5 :)

P.S. What framerate did you work at?
