Tape your set and camera to avoid set bumps.
Be sure all windows are closed and that you have 2 not-flickering lamps pointed on your set.
There are several free and good animation programs that you can use, so stop using movie maker as your animation program.

The story isn't great and your voice-acting isn't very clear.
Never show your desk in an animation!! It looks very noobish.
Oh and you've spelled video wrong ;)
