			<description><![CDATA[thank you guys: frame idle, frame leg up, frame leg up little more, then 4 frames to the next stud, then one with the foot still back, another with the foot still back, then back to idle. but then for the next step, repeat the idle frame.

its really the arm movement that sells it all - which i still haven't perfected.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[That was really silky-smooth. I kinda want to shoot at 24fps now. How did you stick down your sets/camera? And I think both of the tests are ok, with just one comment. When he's carrying something, if his legs do move like that, his back should be slightly more arched back. Loving it.
