Incandescent lights blink on and off 60 times a second. Fluorescents do not. Therefore if he uses fluorescent lights he should be fine.[/quote]

I just checked and one is Incandescent but the other is Fluorescents do I change the bulb from Incandescent to Fluorescent?]]></description>

It could be your lights. Are they fluorescent? If so, this could be causing the flicker.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Hmmm take a screenshot of the settings that you put it at. Also, when you get the webcam at first EVERY TIME the quality seems horrible. You want to restart your computer and see how it is, other than that I guess it can be only the settings.]]></description>
