			<description><![CDATA[not very useful awnsers all you need to do on improving is take more pictures delete them in post production get in the habit of being patient enough have a glass of water or somthing next to you to relieve  stress caused by sitting you may not think this works but it does i also listen to my mp3 player great way to get practice or a film done]]></description>
