Good, the only thing missing is the "how did they get there?".

How did they get on the kitchen sink?
Did a kid play with them and then drop them?
Did they fly a lego plane and crashed there?
That is my question.

Good idea.. There is a issue..

If you're using the kitchen in your house then you have several issues..

Constant lighting *Sunlight shining in.. It getting darker.. The over head light... People coming into the kitchen while your animating and they get shadows on the set etc*

Animation you're going to animate all this in a real kitchen.. That is going to be so hard it is hard to do walk tests ive heard that its really hard to do animation smoothly and good without a baseplate underneath them.. And how are you going to animate the lego minifigures while animating your cat?.. There is tons of animating issues.. Animating swinging.. Many more...

Camera .. As the guy up their said you'll need a laptop to do this with and you'll have to have something to hold the camera in place but is easily removable and reattachable like some sort of clay that you can attach to the bottom of the camera and then push it down on the say sink take a frame and pull it off and then move it forward etc.. Cause as your explaining this the camera needs to move following behind them for running stuff etc..

All im saying is this is a BIG project with ALOT of problems of animating etc.. =/ Sit back and look at the project you're going to do... And imagine all the stuff youll have to do.

Hello Brickfilmers,

So I have just brainstormed a new idea for my newest project. It is called "Under the Oven Light" and I am scared that people will think that it isn't original enough. It is simply about Lego Men who find themselves trapped on the kitchen counter and they need to get their way back to the Lego bins. Here is a very poorly-written synopsis:

“Under the Oven Light” is a movie that is planned to be released around a few months after I get my computer 100% functional again. This movie will be about five LEGO adventurers who find themselves stuck in a kitchen overnight. In the hours that they are trapped in the kitchen, the LEGO men try to find the way out of the kitchen so they embark across the counter and discover many new things. They see business cards on the fridge so they embark to it.
They first encounter the microwave. One LEGO man gets trapped in the microwave but gets out just in time. The other LEGO men rescue him before he melts. Next, the LEGO encounter the stove. Now this is a true obstacle for the adventurers. They try to slip past the hi-temp burners. They end up on the outside of the stove hanging onto the handle of the oven. The oven swings down and they fall on the florr, one lego man shatters so the others out him back together. As they pick up the pieces of his body, they notice the housecat across the kitchen. They all scream and climb back up the oven as they carry the body parts. Once off the floor, the LEGO put together their friend. He is in shock but they eventually talk his sense back into him.
The LEGO men climb the drawers and make it back up to the counter. They decide to set up camp. They use napkins to lie under.
After 1 hour of sleep (which is a long time for LEGO men, they return to their journey. They make their way towards the sink. (Will be hard to animate) The LEGO men raft their way across the sink on sponges. After rafting across, they finally reach their last obstacle…the fridge. They debate over how they will make it over the Fridge, then one LEGO has an idea. Without saying anything, the adventurer jumps off the counter and grasps the rag hanging off of the refrigerator handle. Then he jumps to the alphabet magnets and climbs up to the top of the refrigerator.
After all of the LEGO men make it to the top. They find business cards. The cards help them float all the way back to the computer.

There might be some errors in the story but please give feedback.

Thanks,
RMP
