			<description><![CDATA[Error 03.04c occurs when the software cannot manipulate the avi file index structure. It copies the avi index to a temporary file in the application directory, but for some reason is unable to do so. Try the following

1) Look to see where you have the HeliumFrog program, have you moved any files or recently copied the software to somewhere that you dont have  write access to.

2) Is your software loaded on an external drive that is so slow the access is intermittent which causes the program to hang.


The best solution is to download a fresh copy of Helium Frog and put it in a NEW empty directory. The best place is on your desktop as you can guarantee that you have read write access to this! If this works ok, delete your old version (it doesn't need to be uninstalled in the control panel as helium frog is never actually "installed" but runs as a stand alone executable file) . If you want, copy the user settings file to your new directory as this will transfer any settings you have made to the new copy.]]></description>
