1. Film at night.
2. Wear dark clothes.
3. Use lamps only, no light from outside. And also turn your TV off etc or anything that flickers naturally.
4. MANUAL settings.
5. Oh, and for every time you take a frame, make sure to stay in the same position as the previous frame...
