the thing is, (I forgot to mention), there will be interaction with the ceiling. The character is trying to get something from the ceiling, he jumps for it. If there was no interaction with the ceiling, I wouldn't be too worried]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I would advise against lighting from behind. Seeing as all LEGO elements rise vertically, that would be an almost direct reflection, leading to:
A) Light Flicker
B) Glares
C) Camera Lens Reflection


So Smeagol's suggestion(s) seem like the most rational approach.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I've CG'd in a ceiling a time or two.

But generally, I'd say don't build the entire ceiling; just a little around the edges where the wall is, as much as you need to fill the shot.  It really depends on what you're planning, though.  Usually you can get away with a partial ceiling and just lighting a little to one side.]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[This has been bothering me]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[For my next film, there will be a scene in a scientist's laboratory. It will have atleast 2 walls and a ceiling in the shot. This may sound stupid but I'm worried how I'm going to light it. I've had experience lighting scenes with only walls, no ceiling - you shine the lights down upon the set and characters. 

Do you have any tips on how to light the scene from the sides? I have considered a CG ceiling but...thats too much work...please help.]]></description>
