			<description><![CDATA[basically, you go to the paintbrush tool, select sparks, and draw it on every individual frame. If you dont want to do that, then get Effectslab Pro. Sure, its 150 dollars, but I saw on the download page you can get two layers of ghostbuster rays. and if you dont mind the watermark, they have a free trial.

The only really decent job I have seen done with this is Smeagol's "Bane of the Sith."  Does anyone know how to make decent electric shocks and lightning?  If so, please let me know!  (I have an idea for a mad scientist film, and one shot requires electrical shocks.)]]></description>
