			<description><![CDATA[I try not to have any light on things except the set, wear black clothes (helps a lot - thats my experience) and something todiffuse the light (like umbrella lights)
I dont think the lamp is the cause for your flicker. but you might use other lamps. Or just make many shots while youre in the same position - do you still have a flicker?]]></description>

but if u haven't tape paper around the lights to defuse the light (u probably new that)

			<description><![CDATA[Does anybody know why my light flicker is so bad.
Its never been as bad as it is now and I really need it fixed for the ani-exer.
Please I need suggestions on how to fix it
Also do you think these lamps are the problem? Because I am using one.
