			<description><![CDATA[Well, I had a similar problem (well actually no I didn't, but anyways) I once had all of my settings on manual on monkeyjam, but yet I still had light flicker.

On further investigation (about 20 seconds of wondering) I found that not only do you have to change the settings to manual on the capture program, but also on the actual camera software, (you should be able to find this fairly easy). This should solve it (hopefully)

Also, energy saving lamps could be a problem, because they take time to get to their maximum light, and so if you don't let it do that then that could be a problem.

This may seem obvious but oh well, hope it helps!]]></description>
