Also i was wondering when I press the snapshot button i here the camera click and then i here a beep do i have to wait until i have heard the beep before i can put my hand back in because i think thats haow my hand was in the picture before if so how do i make the length of time beetween the snapshot sound and the beep shorter.

also how do you get such a clean light on your sets that u can see in the screenshots on ur website

			<description><![CDATA[The only way you can get one image ghosted over another I can think of is that you have onion skinning on and your hand was the last image captured.

			<description><![CDATA[When i look at my video in helium frog for some reason it goes really slowly and in some frames there are a semi transparent image of my hand on top and i am sure that my hand is out of shot.

Also is there a good in depth tutorial on how to use helium frog.]]></description>
