			<description><![CDATA[Just export to uncompressed avi from your editor and compress in Mpeg Streamclip, totally free and has perfect results. Also saves you lots of money. I can't think of any other compression software than Quicktime Pro (30$) and Sorenson Squeeze (500$) where you'll have to pay money for it.]]></description>
