			<description><![CDATA[This video tutorial tells you to crop 960x720 "HD" video from the QCP9000 down to 960x540 (16:9), then upsize it to 1280x720.  I don't call that true HD no more than if I upsized 640x360 to 1280x720.  That's just blown up low-res stuff.  But I'll admit that 960x540 still looks darn good compared to 640x360 or 428x240.]]></description>
