			<description><![CDATA[I don't think it has a specific name. There's some really old "cartoon" that pioneered the effect. Can't remember the name.

You need to film yourself saying the lines, then use some editing software with a marquee or "cookie cutter" function to cut out just a little oval round your mouth and overlay it on whatever you're animating. It would look all kinds of creepy on minifigs.
