			<description><![CDATA[Pretty easy actually. Just right click on the frame you want the camera to be inserted into, click "Insert Camera". Then, take your pictures. When you want to move it back, right click on the camera, click "Return camera to end".

			<description><![CDATA[While shooting, I want to add a few frames with some incremental movements. 

For example, I've got a figure falling over, and want to add several frames with the arms flailing into the middle of the sequence. 

I can step back into the middle of the sequence, but can't figure out how to shoot from the point.]]></description>
