Haha, I totally understand this though. I'm in Los Angeles area. Animating in the summertime in a 10' x 9' room on the south side of the house with computer and lights running, and no AC? Dark clothing is a luxury, my friends. :P]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Listening to my favourite music works wonders. Podcasts such as the Brickfilmer's Guild podcast and the Frame100 podcasts is also something I like to listen to. I tend to give myself a 4 hour schedule when I animate, and take a half hour break in between. Taking a break is also important.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I remove most of my clothing.  It violates the "wear dark colors while animating" tip to avoid light flicker, but I run hot and it's uncomfortable for me to sit in the "studio" all constrained.

Also, the music works wonders.]]></description>

For me, relaxing the body it's a very important part to obtain a better finale result.

What you do to relax after, before and while you're animating?


I'm not a professional, but I do stretches and this, the "semi supine position"
