			<description><![CDATA[Depending on the way you have already built the set, you could prop some black card where you would normally put your backdrop, and then get the set with the top of the pit and place it with the back facing upwards.

Then light the top set accordingly so the light doesn't shine down into the hole. Also, using black paper or fabric underneath will help sell the effect of endlessness if the light doesn't reflect off it.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Its all about lighting. If you light it right you could just build a small pit and then put a black background at the bottom (light it so it slowly fades to black).]]></description>
