			<description><![CDATA[I'd use after effects for that. Create a shape layer. Match the eyes of the object. Add some glow, maybe tune down opacity (depends on how strong the glow of the eyes is). Play around with the glow effect itself.

That's what I did with my Batman vs Superman short.
