			<description><![CDATA[Ok. I couldn't help it. After seeing this thread, I went and made my own crappy little kilt:

What I did was take two capes (they were supposed to be the same color) and cut them both down to a small size (which I didn't do very well). Then I placed the little holes of both of the capes in between the torso and the legs. It wasn't that hard but my cutting skills made it look like the kilt came from a garbage can. :P]]></description>
