I haven't ever had a problem with the image size when using the JPG optimizer.

			<description><![CDATA[It hasn't always been this way, but only because it was 10 kb for years. Now it's double the limit recommend by the forum software. Fairly easy to make a 100x100 picture look good at 20 kb, if you use image editing software with some compression capabilities.]]></description>
