thanks for that Togfox. I'll try and do a bit less dutch angles next time then. :P I see what you mean about the framing. again, something I will try and be mindful off.

im glad people like the audio, takes a bit or work. :P

Ep2 should be a bit better, thanks.

I'll be the first to say I found this difficult to watch. Your camera tilt - known as dutch tilt is way too severe. A little bit is good but yours is way too noticable and on just about every frame. It's great that you're trying this - just dial it back.

Your framing is off - about half the movie has the actors head - or half their head off the top of the frame. I was constantly looking at people's feet. Pause at random frames and you'll see the camera is aimed at people's feet. I appreciate this is a fast action flick but the balance isn't right on this one.

Some good things - the animation, the lighting, the sets and the audio is great. Your camera movements are really smooth and that's a difficult thing to master. The water effect is awesome. Well done.

For episode 2, please keep doing what you're doing. I'd dial back the tilt and rethink your framing method. :)

Nice one - look forward to Ep2. :)

thank you Tobias, I agree the ending was a little abrupt but wanted to have it complete for my 2 year channel anniversary, so, some more wide angle shots, ok, I'll try that, next episodes fight scene is indoors, but will try (it will also have a shoot out, and a car chase....)

Woah, impressive! The fight had some great choreography, and I really liked the camera movements - especially in the shot at 0:41; it added a lot of drama and intensity, and the movement was perfectly smooth. Although I do feel like there were a bit too many dutch angles at the beginning, to the point where it made me a bit disoriented, but you might have intended that considering how fast is everything supposed to be occurring.

The pacing was a little too fast; I think it maybe would have worked better if there were some additional, slower, sort of environmental shots in the beginning to set-up the suspense, and I felt like the ending was a bit abrupt. But still, awesome work on this. I look forward to seeing the upcoming episodes!

Well done man that was awesome, really enjoyed it.

loved the camera movements, and the fighting scenes, it looked rather difficult to pull off but the animation stayed smooth throughout it. Great work.

Looking forward to the next one with some dialog as well!

Sincerely,
Divine.

thanks, but, Aquaman isnt in this yet, he's 2 - 3 eps away yet, the guy in orange is just a Alatian, not Aquaman....

yea, I know its basically just a fight scene, the next episodes will have a little more talking and stuff...

believe me, Aquaman is gonna be a solid dude.
part 2 might be, as I have been contracted to edit a DVD.....

Looks good!
The animation and sets are great, and your camera work has really improved.
(All the more unusual movements lend this a unique and very cool look.)

It's little more than a fight scene, but a good one with a lot of movement and change.
It makes Aquaman look a bit weaker than he should, but still better than how he is normally (mockingly) portrayed.
I'm really interested to see where you're going story-wise.
Hope part 2 isn't too far behind!
