Got that just now. Thanks!!! You sent lines for both roles but I'll put you on the short list for the boy - Michael. :)

I now need a Dad. He's only got 6 lines. If anyone here is a Dad and has a microphone then you qualify. :)

*** Auditions closed - thanks for the interest! ***

Greetings.

Project information: I'm doing a short 1 -> 2 minute stop motion flick that requires voice overs. This is a Father and son dialogue with a feel-good ending. Short and to the point, completely G/Family rated. It's so short the audition nearly covers the flick! There is actually quite a bit of "body language" - which doesn't interest you - but thought I'd state that.

Screenplay with dialogue is completed.

Contact information: Audio auditions can be sent to togfox[@]gmail.com. MP3/WAV/Audacity format

Name: Steve
Age: 42
Bio: Steve is a white collar worker. Family man. Has a wife, son and daughter. Works 9-5 and does his best to be a good father to his children.
Voice type: Fatherly. Warm. Caring.
Number of lines: 6
Audition line 1: (curious, encouraging) You know, it's a really nice day. Why aren't you outside with your friends?
Audition line 2: (greeting, enquiring) Hey, Where's your mother?

Name: Michael
Age: 14
Bio: Michael is a typical 14 yo boy. Loves playing consoles and likes to make things generally difficult for parents.
Voice type: Umm .. boyish I guess. ??? A bit of attitude. A bit of frustration.
Number of lines: 4
Audition line 1: (despondent, depressed) I don't have any friends, dad.

Note a girl can play the boy if the girl sounds boyish (it happens!)

Shall respond to emails as I receive them.

Thanks for your interest!
