If I did something like that, I'd just use the good ol' Corel PhotoPaint 7 or any, much more recent photo editors.
Thanks a ton .I did try gimp but I couldn't get the mouth to fit.
Worst case scenario - Use G.I.M.P. (or Photoshop) and edit each frame individually. It'll take a while, but that's the price of using a free program... However, each frame is then easily controllable, and thus, may make your film look better in the end. - It's all personal preference, but, It's what I intend to use, and, has worked out well in tests I've gone. (On both PC and MAC.)
Thanks a ton. How do you get the mouth to fit and look like its on the min figs face?

Thanks
After Effects is really good to use for something like this here's a tutorial: http://youtu.be/XER5jtg0o2A

If you don't have AE then here's a tutorial with just free programs in windows:http://youtu.be/0f848GaFNTc
Looks cool, but I have a MAC and I can't afford AE right now.
Try Glue Face. It's free, featured on some German brickfilm site I can't remember(!). Very simple to use.
I tried glue face, but I have a MAC and it doesn't seem to work. I don't know how to make my videos .avi files. Anybody know how to do that?
