Please help! Monday morning I shut down my computer and later that day I found that it had updated it's self and had moved all my files to a remote location. So I recovered my computer and set it back to the way it was. But now when I plug in my head phones in get no sound, I lost the file that I was keeping my clips for my upcoming brickfilm in and it is moving a lot slower. I am working on a windows 7. Every time I try to recover the brickfilm file it says that my anti-virus protector won't let it recover it. Please HELP!
