Sounds nice, but in my opinion, ikitmovie is better, it has explosions and oh so much more. It's really good. The only bad part is that it can't handle a dimension bigger than 960x720 :/ visit the website ikitmovie.com and they have some tutorials on the website
ALso, start with a plotless video, like a guy walking, picking something up, etc.
disregard this post.

Make test videos, but don't post them. Watch them then see what you can do different to make them better.

Make your first video on YouTube something with a plot and story. Something people will WANT to watch.

I dunno man, I started out by telling stories from day one, and it worked well for me.

I don't know anything about Stopmotion Explosion, but I find it hard to put my trust in it when their promotional video uses a whole bunch of other people's animation without giving any credit. That said, if you're starting out this looks like a neat way to get all the basics in one box (and if it sucks, they have a 30-day money-back guarantee). I think you should go for it.

It's a lot more than I had when I started out brickfilming. Obviously I had a camera, but it was a lot worse even than the phone cameras back then.

Check out some reviews, but I'd say this seems pretty solid for a beginner.
