			<description><![CDATA[You could just make it as bright as how you always have it, if you have sony vegas, just go to "Video FX", "Color Curves" and then "Night". Easy as that. Or You can do what silents429, said which is a great way to get in camera night time.]]></description>

You can adjust camera settings to take in less light, you could do what I did, And use blue lightbulbs. And 1 lamp. 

In some effects programs your able to add a night time filter.
