It was 1637 frames long, and that is the max for monkey jam. It was 800x600. I'll try virtualdub, thanks. This was a lesson on exporting more often either way.

"I used up the maximum frame slots" This was in MonkeyJam right? It should just make more automatically as you capture more frames, but if you really did hit the limit, then you really need to stop and export your video files more often.

'2GB' How long was the clip, and what was the resolution? Cuz' that's awful big, even for uncompressed .avi.

Have you tried importing the file into other programs, because it may be corrupt. If you can get into something else, try compressing it a bit, and then trying again. The file size shouldn't be an issue, and if it's the same compression/codec as the others, there shouldn't be an issue.

If you can get it into VirtutalDub, that should be able to fix any issues. If not, and if the file can't play in any media players, or import into any video editors, then you're sunk. :(

I just finished a scene in Monkey Jam and when trying to get it into my editing software, corel videostudio, it said there was a file reading error. I have been able to get avi files from Monkey Jam before, but this one won't work. I used up the maximum frame slots and the file properties says that it is a little over 2 GB. I don't know if this would be a problem or not. Any ideas?
