I think the moral of this story is that we don't need more websites, but more brickfilms. Go and make a movie!
I'm not sure how you're planning to make things better, but I have an extremely clever plan to help the brickfilm community:

1: Make brickfilms

It's a good idea. One doesn't really need some movement or a group, just make some good films.
This is what we should be doing ^

I've been desperately trying to hold myself from commenting on this thread but I just can't do it much longer which is sad because I don't wanna get involved too much but anyways.

It's hilariously stunning how this list you have naming everything thats different between Brickitysplit and BiM pretty much only include other social networking websites that you can find your site on. That is not how you market a website! Noone wants to join a site because it's a member on other websites, it doesn't make the product any better. What's also really stunning is that most things on the list have been debunked in a matter of hours and now it's down to 3.

By the way, you are only wishing your site have featured films and partnerships because right now, you don't have it and if you are gonna continue marketing the website like this, you probably never will.

Also, right now having a partnership with your site doesn't mean anything for us, all that happens is that you upload someone else's video to some random channel. What will we get out of that? What difference would it make compared to just uploading it to our own channel were we can make a profit out of it. We are more likely to get some recognition if we just upload it to BiM's directory which right now is basically the same thing except we the brickfilmers get full control over it.
That basically brings us down to one part of the list, Google+. Which is the most pointless part of it because pretty much noone uses Google+ so I don't see why we would join your site because of that.

Now i'm sorry that this post may seem a bit mean but at this point it's just not possible for me to make it sound nicer than this because we are honest to god trying to help you out from this pit, you need to come up with something really special that will make people want to join your site and you are not making anything better by just NOW saying that you are gonna stop ignoring advice and actually take it into consideration (we've reached 5 pages and you are just now realising your big mistake)

I have a feeling that you might be a young dude wanting to have some kind of power and importance in this community, alot of people your age feels this way, I know I did so it's normal. Right now we are just trying to help you understand that it's not this easy to do it, you need much more planning and knowledge of these things before giving it a shot. I did do some research before writing this and apparently one day before you made this thread you made another one asking if anyone had been on Brickfilms.com recently and it seems like thats when you realised you wanted to make this site/forum/partnership thing
I just wondered, but who else has gone on brickfilms.com recently? It looks like they're trying to catch up with BiM somehow. But we have to admit, Bricks in Motion is the superior brickfilming site. Brickfilms only has 879 active members. I don't want to offend anyone by this. I just wonder who's gone on lately.
Also before I go, I would recommend you actually make a page on Facebook instead of an entierly new account...
but good luck with your vanity project dude

Yes, exactly right Legocloniac. I am comparing BrickitySplit! to the Machinima Network. And if you look up the definition for the ™ symbol, it says, straight copied and pasted from Wikipedia:
Use of the symbol indicates an assertion that a word, image, or other sign is a trademark; it does not indicate registration. Registered trademarks are indicated using the registered trademark symbol (®)
And we wish to create a machinima network for brickfilming. People partner with us, and they get the videos of their choice uploaded to the channel (of course they have to be original  ). And now, a list of how BiM is different from BrickitySplit. (Please note these are the things we have that BiM doesn't.)

Google+
Partnership
Featured Films
Regular Tutorials

That's all I can think of right now.
And we do have many differences from BiM. Just because we have a forum and chat doesn't mean we're a total copy.
Huh! And you were doing so well...

Please start listening to people. I'll reinforce this: you are trying to build a community, but you're turning everyone against you by not listening. The only reason people have been "rude" towards you is because they were getting annoyed when you weren't listening.

This is the first time you've mentioned anything to do with partnering. Can you lay down exactly what the plan for your site is please? And, to set people's minds at rest, all the ways it is different from BiM? If you do that and make your plans much clearer, people may be a bit less sceptical.
