			<description><![CDATA[When you select your webcam on helium frog and it brings up a small window asking what fps and quality you want. I know the fps is just for the preveiw is it the same for te quality? The reason I'm asking is I have to animate on an old laptop from around 2005. When you select the higher qualities It freezes.]]></description>
