I like the monologue; it seems like it could set a spooky mood for the entire film. The opening titles with the spotlight moving back and forth over them seem rather slow and unnecessary.

The animation has a low framerate but is well done. The set is full of obvious cracks of light so I'd suggest setting up a black background behind the set or fill in the holes next time.

Overall though, this looks like it could be a very interesting brickfilm.

Picture the scene. You are seeking shelter in a cave with a friend. Suddenly, you feel a warm, sticky liquid hitting your foot, and you see a terrifying hooded figure looming towards you.

When you wake up, your friend is dead.

----------------------------------

That was the first idea I had for Devil's Edge. Sure, I may have changed it a little during the script-writing process, but my ideas are still there. I have been filming Devil's Edge for several months now - I started in mid-April - and I've developed a decent library of pictures.
I expect the film will be around twenty-five to thirty minutes long - the raw footage so far has reached seven minutes, with vast quantities left to film. I'm still holding out hope for a release date around Christmas time.
