			<title><![CDATA[Adobe Premier Elements Help]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[EDIT: I found the solution to my problem, I used the horizontal pan in the presets menu. 

I need to make the overlapping image scroll across the screen so it looks like the hand is placing a burger onto the background image's grill. I have googled, yahooed, asked, and dogpiled this already but I can't find anything and I know quite a few of you use adobe so I'll just ask here.
