You're in luck!
I'm making a series of tutorials on Blender right now.

Be warned, this episode doesn't cover the very basics, but I'll actually be recording 'Blender 101' later today.

4-5 months? Well, if you are serious about it, you could become a very good at modeling and sculpting. But given that most people aren't as serious as I may be talking about, I'm still pretty sure you can become good at modeling and sculpting stuff for your film. A tutorial a day, and in 5 months, I assure you, you will pretty good. Better than me at least. Modeling scares me. I am an animator, really. Lol

Ok, so I need some advice on effects. I want to do some cool gun flare effects in my upcoming feature film, along with some space scenes using CGI. I really enjoyed Smeagol's CGI in Star Trek meets Star Wars: Attack of the Drones.

I currently have blender downloaded on my computer, but I don't know much about sculpting. I can probably learn from blender cookie tutorials, but I want to know if I will be able to learn in the next 4-5 months. (My film comes out later this year) So yeah!

Main Question: How long will it take to learn sculpting and modeling on blender?
