			<description><![CDATA[This is rather specific but if you have the video file on hand you can import it into iMovie (6 )HD, isolate the scene you want, and then save the audio only. 
Audacity would probably be easier though.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[If you get Audacity an audio program you can set it to record any sound you hear on your computer in the same quality that you are hearing it.  I can PM you a detailed tutorial for it or you can look it up online there are plenty of tutorials for it.  I have used it and it works great!]]></description>
