			<description><![CDATA[My best advice would be to take breaks while animating. Also having a good plan of what you will be animating also helps, as you know exactly what you will be doing and won't spend as much time away form your studio thinking of what you will do.

Also, i used to listen to music while animating, but when I finally stopped, I found that my animation actually IMPROVED quite a bit. Take from that what you will.]]></description>
